Federico Carra (Mesullam) lawyer. I am the son of two teachers, and of many school teachers, who have transmitted to me the passion for knowledge and study. All my life I have collected books that I would read once I finished working. So it was. I got my hands on a manual on the Ancient East and never stopped. In the work activity, after a free-professional start, I worked as an internal lawyer in road companies, and I even made a short passage in the Banco Ambrosiano of Roberto Calvi, a den of hypocrisy; the most beautiful part is linked to the memories of long trips to Nigeria, the Middle East and London. In the second part of my career I dealt with corporate law (Mergers & Acquisitions) and antitrust, until reaching the position of Director of Legal Affairs.
The passion that took me for the ancient East "forced" me to review the Greek classics, poets and philosophers, to study Hebrew and rabbinic literature, to rediscover modern thought starting from Galileo and Spinoza. Currently I spend my life studying, boring family and friends on the topics dear to me, and I enjoy playing bridge and doing gymnastics. I haven't read "50 Shades of Grey" but I delight in some shades of Pinot Grigio.
